Scenes-Storyboard
1) Establishing shot of a few buildings.
It was here that it all started
2) Reporter-Outside a building (hand gestures).
“Bukster; I am standing outside the court where Little Red Riding Hood is being held along with her partner; the axe
man. They have both been accused of the attempted murder of Miss Riding’s Grandmother and her pet dog. Originally
the axe man had admitted to hearing Little Red Riding Hood screaming, which is when he ran to see what was
happening.”
3) Neighbour – on Field responding to question
“I have known Mrs Riding for 10 years now and haven’t ever noticed her pet dog, [must have kept her inside for
company]. I was at home during that day minding my own business and I never heard any screaming, but later that day
police surrounded the area I obviously looked to see what had happened, it was then that I remembered her grandchild
walking into the house carrying a tin of what I thought were cakes, closely followed by a man carrying a sack. I didn’t
think anything of it at first. The police then knocked on my door and started to question me.”
4) Walking along path with people in background doing their own thing
“The court has been asking questions to all victims/witnesses.
Tensionsarerunning high in the local community.”
5) Public opinions/quotes- outside people still walking doing own thing in background
“Shocking. This is not acceptable.”
“Lock her up and throw away the key it think.”
“I’ve always been told to love my grandmother.”
“Urm I don’t know really.”
6) The crowd/public doing own thing (speeded up).
“Public opinion is divided and this story has gripped the nation, it’ll be hard for the jury not to be influenced by public
opinion. 20 year old Riding Hood faces a lengthy trial, one that new corporations from around the world will be following
closely. This is Elishia Selby outside Bukster crown court for the BBC. Back to the studio
