Main Objective : To explore and evaluate existing
situation of disadvantaged groups in Kilinochchi district in
post conflict scenario
Objective of the Study
 Outputs
 To identify urgent needs & the solutions with integration of
many sectors (Infrastructure, Education & Training, Agriculture,
Health, self employment & etc.)
 To recommend programmes to the government to develop
policies for the benefit of disadvantaged groups
 Outcome: The outcome will be promoting Employability and
employable Skills Such as Entrepreneur development orphaned,
Single parents, Widowed, Women Headed and Mentally and
Physically Disabled Household in Killinochchi.
