It desires a business intelligence system to generate a dashboard of key performance indicators. The system shall gather data from multiple financial and operational systems into a data warehouse to present the KPIs on a daily basis. Body Media’s executive staff meets weekly and reports on KPI. Currently, these metrics are generated semi-manually by merging reports from various systems through spreadsheets, etc. These reports are suspect to human errors and severely limited in depth and scope. The system would be used to provide more reliable and diverse KPIs to make weekly business decisions. The system would also be used to analyze different problems / questions on an ad-hoc basis.
