3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
EMM is a payment platform which facilitates money movement across AMEX for US
and Canada market. It has modules like Payment Manager, Arrangement Manager and
further payments are cleared and posted to downstream systems.
All the payments whether it is paper or electronic payment, it comes to this payment
system in the form of XML files. These XML files are processed to downstream systems.
An automatic XML script pick these files, checks for the proper file format and sends
them to SFT and get a confirmation file from destination system via SFT. All the files are
received and sent through SFT.
In Case of Electronic payments, At the Arrangement Manager end, we get request from
front–end teams like Myca, VR, CSP, SSP. We need to check logs and analyze SP’s and
then fix the problem, if any at our side. For the processing of payment requests, we had
several batches at our end.
Based on requirements, we need to fix if client reported any problem and analyze code to
come up with a solution.. Once the above steps are done, the code will be migrated to
production. After this End Business users will drop their files in import data folder of the
respective project on AM and PM server daily or weekly.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Mapple is an application that is developed to manage mapple product sales and providing
customers a platform to buy and view products. Customer can purchase mapple products
and can manage their subscriptions through a separate credential provided by the mapple
admin. The System provides a report on any business parameters. Whenever there was a
monetary transaction, an invoice would be generated for the same. The application
provides a generic search functionality across product categories.

In this Project, I have done following activities:
 Developed the UI, worked on two Use cases completely and different functional
modules in the project.

 Writing database queries for the application.
