2)The producers have notified you of the scenes which are to be shot at the
location, and you confirm and agree that you consent to the filming of these
scenes, and you confirm that you will not make any objection in the future to the
location being featured in the production.
3) The location shall not be represented under its real name within the body of
the production, but will be credited as such during the production’s credits.
4) The producers shall be entitled to incorporate all photographs and recordings,
whether audio or audio-visual, made at the location on [filming dates], in the
production as they may require, at their sole discretion.
5) The producers shall not make any structural alterations to the location.
6) The producers shall treat the property with respect at all times.

4. Production diary
Throughout the production process of this project I have leant to use the following
equipment:
 DSLR camera (cannon)
To use to take photos of the acts as still shots.
 How to use an Sony HDV 1000 camera
 Visual mixer
So I could see what was being filmed and I needed to have the cameras moved to a
different shot
 Tally Lights and microphone
To ensure I know when my camera was being used so I wouldn’t move he shot and
also so I cold communicate with other crew members if I needed assistance.
 Adobe Premier Pro Editing
I used this for editing all of our footage to create our news broadcast
 HD camcorder
I used this when we where recording our studio scene
 How to convert a DV tape onto the camera
I used this when I needed to edit the studio scene.
 How to frame a shot
This was used every time I filmed something so that it was an appropriate shot to have
 How to use a tripod
This was used every time I filmed something so that the camera was steady and was a
good shot
When learning about how to work all of the above, I had to ensure that I knew how to operate
them without assistance. This also allowed me to be able to use them to the best of my ability
so that the film clips where of high slandered.
When filming I learned that I had to;
 Focus the camera. This is to ensure the clip is useable
 Cheque the program to make sure that the right act was performing
 Had to make sure that the Sony HDV 1000 cameras where filming, and charged for
the whole time of filming
Whiles doing this project I have also learnt how important it is to cheque that the camera
is focused. This is because when it comes to editing the clip I wasn’t able to use it.
I then learned how to use Photoshop to make my DVD menu which was then put on the
beginning of my news broadcast. Lastly I learned how to export my final edit of
Haydon’s got Talent by using adobe encore I then burned it onto a DVD so that it can
watched.
