Sales promotion & merchandising through Branded Van in many towns for many clients
like Idea Cellular, Texmo Pump, Tata Docomo, Airtel-Nokia, CRB Castrol, Escorts

All rural activity flow is below given
1. I will inform to local representative of company and local distributor about activity
before one day and will request them to provide a representative for the help in activity.
2. After information next day our team will go in the village for activity with branded van.
They convince there of villagers about product benefit & feature on main location of
town through mike, audio system, games, leaflets, canopy, gift distribution, door to
door knocking, free sampling & etc.
3. Our team will cover of all town’s retailers and visible location from various POP
Material (as poster, banner, dangler, bunting, printed self-strip, flanges, NL board,
sun board, sun pack, tin board & etc.)
4. Our team will capture data from village in various format as daily report, activity
response. Our team will note customer enquiry about product on the parameter of (Hot,
Warm, & Cold)
5. Our team will sale of product in village.
6. Point to point coordination between self-team.
7. Manage of daily reporting & photographs.
