1. Reflection on the First assignment<br />In the first assignment, we had to do a literature review on two articles related to computer application in the classroom. In both articles, the author wrote about the use of technologies as the mean of communication and at the same time learning and gaining varieties of information using the computers.<br />Therefore, as students of English Literature and Linguistics, we are not only focusing on the traditional way of teaching in the classroom. Our main focus is to be the center of reference for English language and that is why we need to use the technology like the computers to teach. According to the authors, children and students are much more advanced in today’s life. The uses of computers become much more significant for the education. We could use many software to correct their grammars, improve their speaking, writing and speaking skills.<br />How can the subject of computer application in language learning be related to the Islamization of Knowledge? Well, any knowledge that brings benefit to the human is Islamized enough. There is no specific answer to how to Islamize knowledge, but in general, any good knowledge is accepted in Islam. In this assignment, the use of computers will make our work easier and it is time consuming. <br />
