2. GR/IR Data extraction
GR/IR data
There are cases where we may need the GR/IR (Good
Receipt and Invoice Receipt ) data of the purchase order.
Below are some of the applications where we need GR/IR
data.
a). In Invoice blocking MRBR enhancement where if we
need all GR and IR data to incorporate .
b). Purchase order history report where we wanted GR
and IR data.
Instead of collecting the data from tables we can very
well use the program to collect the same data.

Reading single record
So in report it is showing GR
document and its year, Item,
quantity etc. similarly it is
showing for the Invoice Receipt
document number, year, IR line,
total quantity of IR, IR quantity
matched with respective GR
and unites.
Also display the amount in local
currency, currency and
debit/credit
indicator.
