13. Our Charges for Talent Acquisition !
• For ALL Positions in India – 8.33% of Annual CTC Salary
• International Positions – 10% of the Annual CTC Salary
• GST / Indian Govt Taxes will be applicable over and above billing amount.
• Payment should be made within 10 working days of candidates joining date.
• Cheque / Draft in favour of “Influx Management Consultants” payable at Pune
• If candidate leaves job within 60 days after joining, we provide free
replacement.
• Shall give only 1 replacement free of cost for the given position. For the next
incident consultant will be entitled for charging to the client, this condition
applicable only if full payment for himself left candidate’s Placement.
14. Our Charges for Head Hunting Sr. Position !
• We charge 16 % of Annual CTC Salary for Sr. Positions Head
Hunting. + Indian Govt. Tax as per the notification
– Right resources for right sourcing
– Personal Contribution for Counselling and career planning of him for
our clients benefit.
– Face to face meeting with candidates in our office.
• Some times as per the positions demand we have to travel to
candidates office or location will be charged extra at actual, if
it is out of Pune.
• Payment for joined candidate should be within 10 days after
candidates joining clients organization.
