This document is a call for papers for the special track 'Mashups for Learning' at the ICL 2009 conference, taking place from September 23-25, 2009. The submission deadline is June 4, 2009, and the best paper will be awarded an Apple iPod Touch or equivalent gadget. Contributors are invited to explore how web-based mashups can enhance learning and personal learning environments.
