appreciation program could be strengthened to set
it apart from the competition. It might design
unique prizes for staff members that go above and
above and make sure to publicly acknowledge
staff members for their achievements.
2. Employee Development: Apple might
potentially set itself apart by making greater
investments in the training of its employees. It
might give workers additional chances to advance
their careers and acquire new skills.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT
3. Employees Benefits: Finally, in order to
differentiate itself from the competitors, Apple
may enhance its employee benefits. It might
provide more generous medical and dental
insurance as well as additional paid vacation days.
HOW RECOMMENDATION ALIGNS AND
IMPROVES THE COMPANY BRAND?
1. Workers Appreciation: Recognizing employees for a job well done is
an excellent approach to inspire them to continue the good work.
Additionally, Apple demonstrates how much it loves its staff by
publicly recognizing its workers. This is consistent with Apple's brand
and may help the business entice top personnel.
2. Employee Development: Investing in employee development benefits
the organization as well as the personnel. Employees are more likely to
be engaged and productive when given the chance to learn and
develop. Additionally, they are more likely to work for the
organization in the long run. This fits with Apple's reputation as a
business that values its employees and fosters their development.
HOW RECOMMENDATION ALIGNS AND
IMPROVES THE COMPANY BRAND?
3. Employee Benefits: Employee benefits are a crucial component of
every job and can play a significant role in luring and keeping talent.
Apple would demonstrate that it cares about the wellbeing of its
employees by providing more generous benefits. this would improve
the company's appeal to potential employees and aid in maintaining the
happiness of present employees, both of which are consistent with
apple's brand.
HOW RECOMMENDATIONS ALIGN WITH STRATEGIC
DIRECTION FOR TALENT MANAGEMENT?
Employee Appreciation: Appreciation keeps workers
motivated. Along with increasing productivity, the
workplace appreciation culture increases dedication
and involvement among employees. The organization
gains many advantages from higher employee
engagement, including increased productivity and
retention.
Employee development: Increasing performance
across a company is one of the key objectives of
talent management. By helping employees gain skills
and experience in a personalized way, Apple can
ensure higher capability levels and better
performance and raise the bar for the entire
workforce
HOW RECOMMENDATIONS ALIGN WITH STRATEGIC
DIRECTION FOR TALENT MANAGEMENT?
Employee Benefits: To meet present and
future talent needs, an organization’s talent
strategy and incentives plan must be well-
aligned. Benefits play a significant role in
the value proposition, which in turn plays a
significant role in employer branding.
Providing a good benefit scheme conveys
the organization's priorities and its
appreciation of contributions. When Apple
provides good benefits, tends to boost
employee's productivity as they have a
good reason to improve it. They are
determined to give their best to reach their
objectives.
TIMELINE FOR
IMPLEMENTATION
• Employee Appreciation must be done
every week. Through the use of
handwritten notes or one of these
intranet platforms to reward
exemplary conduct, it is possible to
establish a regular culture of
employee recognition. Thus, the
brand will benefit.
TIMELINE FOR
IMPLEMENTATION
• Employee development program
should be implemented within a year
once the plan is ready. There are five
steps to create an employee
development plan: Think about the
business goals, Create an action plan,
Consider the skills and training
needed to achieve those goals,
Check-in regularly and Keep looking
for growth opportunities
TIMELINE FOR
IMPLEMENTATION
Employee Benefits: Benefits should be
implemented within 90 days of hiring.
MONITORING OF EFFECTIVENESS
• Brand monitoring: Using brand monitoring tools
like Brand24 company can get information their
brand reputation. It also compare your brand
reputation to your competitors.
• Check-in with the employees once a month to
discuss the current employee development plan
and to adjust it accordingly will also help to
monitor the effectiveness.
MONITORING OF EFFECTIVENESS
• Exit interviews: Conducting exit interviews after
implementing the employee appreciation program
and benefits program can gauge the proper
feedback that is needed to fully measure the
success of its implementation. Also, company
should engage in employee response surveys
properly. By this, we can see if the
recommendations are working and are proven to
improve the company brand.
CONCLUSIONS
Branding serves as a helpful reminder of the values your
business upholds. People enjoy being connected with
success, and employees of any given organization are no
different in this regard. Because they are aware that they
are a strong representation of the company, branding
your workplace makes your staff feel proud of
themselves. The fact that employees spend the majority
of their waking hours at work makes it essential to
create something that appeals to them. Making sure that
your staff are familiar with your brand is the easiest way
to promote a real sense of community.
