The summary begins with no dialogue and ominous music as the camera focuses closely on a woman's eye. It then pulls back to show her in a dark setting with tall buildings. The film introduces three male characters - one running while the others follow. They are dressed professionally like police officers while the one in front is less formally dressed. The camera captures their interactions and the death of a police officer from high angles. Big white titles appear on the woman's face before the screen turns red on her eye. Credits then appear in a spiral pattern of red and black before the screen pulls back out of her eye and changes to black and white then red again, turning black after the death.
