This document describes an online teacher recruitment system that aims to overcome unemployment, facilitate finding jobs ubiquitously, and minimize hiring costs. The system has three modules for employers, employees, and administration. It uses tools like Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL Server and follows an agile development methodology. The goals are to provide a platform for online teacher recruitment, make the recruitment process more efficient and cost-effective, and boost the selection process.

Through screening and sorting tool employer can easily target and contact with the professional, to whom he wants to interview without choosing any middle way.
For the development of OTRS Agile methodology will be used because Agile model believes that every project needs to be handled differently.
Modularization is a technique to divide a software system into multiple discrete and independent modules. So our proposed solution will be developed on the basis of this technique.
