– It’s a hurdle and path blocked.
– Solution is there but not implementable or people won’t accept.
– I would not be able to sustain the pressure of overcoming these.
– All reasons are know but solutions are not there.

List out the challenge or hurdles.
Don’t try to solve all at a time, go with smaller gulps.
Check all possible solution for each challenge with their merits and
demerits.
Never try to go alone with own perceptions do the team work.
Check the root of it and try to fix it from there.
Do brain storming sessions which gives more inputs.
Discuss the best points for merits, demerits and feasibility.
