Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is in the midst of a college wide Salesforce implementation engaging every area with a goal to automate and streamline operations that are usually labor intensive and inefficient. It's not about eliminating jobs, it's about allowing staff and faculty to spend more time on strategic initiatives and less time on menial paper pushing.
