4.  “BITS Attendance & Alumni Portal” deals with the
maintenance of the student’s attendance details as
well as alumni association.
 It is a software developed for maintaining the
attendance of the student on the daily basis in the
institution.
 It enable present and former students of BITS to
interact with each other .
 It’s two sections.

6.  The portal has been divided into two
sections, i.e.
Attendance:-this section of the software
deals with the maintenance of the
student’s attendance.
Alumni:-this section of the software deals
with alumni association.

7.  “BITS ATTENDANCE & ALUMNI PORTAL” has a clear objective
to maintain a proper attendance system.
 To computerized the traditional way of taking attendance.
 To connect our alumni who have scattered all over the globe.
 To generate the report automatically at the end of the session
or in the between of the session.
 To create a communication system between former and
present students of a college.
