JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
 Make stores ready every time for surprise audit both internal and external.
 Interaction with PPC, Purchase, Production & Quality.
 Conductivity of physical verification of stores on every month & year end.
 Daily critical report of RM, BOP and all other General Consumables.
 Responsible for inventory control.
 Responsible for indent generation for general consumables items & welding items.
 Rejection dispatch to vendors properly, maintained line rejection & MRR rejection.
 To maintain FIFO of all BOP, Raw material, Chemical Items.
 Responsible for kaizen activities in the store dep’t.
 To maintain shortage norms, rejection norms, inventory norms, and location chart & lay out.
 Responsible for perpetual inventory.
 To improve work efficiency through 5-‘S’, Kaizen.
Reports Maintain:
 Monthly consumption of general consumables & stationary Dept. Wise.
 List of pending RGP & job work challan57 F4 weekly basis & monthly basis.
 To provide different types of reports which are required by seniors?
 To provide non-moving, slow moving, dead items report on monthly basis.
