The meeting discussed plans for an upcoming filming date on July 16th. Sahra Ahmed and Adi Mohamed briefed reviewed footage from the previous shoot and assigned tasks to complete like equipment lists and location notes. They plan to discuss the first filming session, upcoming tasks, and improvements at their next meeting on July 15th.

3. What we did
Throughout this meeting, Adi and I discussed the upcoming filming date which is to
be on Wednesday 16th
July. This meeting was very brief as both Adi and I simply
wanted to get on with either paperwork i.e. planning for the next shooting date,
or, editing as Adi had plenty to work with.
However, we did manage to talk about a couple of ideas for this next filming date
which will hopefully be our last filming date, this was that I, as the director and
the camerawoman, should take my laptop with me when filming so that I can
upload the work and see the outcome as we both discovered that whilst
editing, it seems some of the shots captured may not have been in focus thus
making it extremely hard for Adi to edit the production to the best of his ability –
this would be a major improvement.
Furthermore, I have assigned Adi and myself a few tasks to complete, these are:

 Location notes
 Short film analysis
