basic requirements of people and holds importance; maintaining the growth for improved quality
of life. The sector has a unique position as a self-reliant industry, from the production of raw
materials to the delivery of end products, with considerable. Value-addition at every stage of
processing. Over the years, the sector has proved to be a major contributor to the nations'
economy. It’s potential for generation of employment opportunities in the industrial, agricultural,
organized and decentralized sectors & rural and urban areas.

The idea is to start a Woolen or shawls manufacturing unit in Amritsar with the initial paid up
capital of 100, 00,000. The business will be managed by promoter. We will get our company
register all the legal formalities & licenses will be given important and we will carry on our
business in a fair and justified manner.
4. MARKET
Market is a place where finished goods are placed for sale. There is lot of potential available in
Shawls industry .In the first year from the start of business we will sell our product in India State
like Delhi, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir , Himachal Pradesh, Haryana will be given priority while
selling products .We may establish our distribution centre , but this is our long term strategy.
5. CUSTOMER
A customer is important for every organization. An entrepreneur would be able to run the
business only if the products manufactured are sold. To enhance the revenue it is very important
to maintain and increase the customer base. Target Customer of our company includes both male
and female . We will target people who belong to upper class and middle and lower middle class
family.
6. SALES& MARKETING
Selling and marketing is an important activity of a company. Company always makes effort to
increase its revenue. We will also make effort to sell our products through following distribution
channels.

AGENT:
We will hire five agents. Each agent should deposit Rs. 1,00,000 as a security. The
amount deposited by them will be secured against the fixed assets. Agent is free to go
anywhere to sell the products of our company but they would sell only to wholesaler
Trader in large quantity. Agent commission 5% on sale.
WHOLESALER:
Wholesaler can contact us directly. They can contact through company website or
through telephone or fax machine.
7. RETAIL CUSTOMER:
Retail customers are those who purchase cloth for their own use and not for any
commercial purpose. They can purchase directly they can assess the company official
website for buying cloth.
ORGANISATION:
We will manufacture shawls for organization on demand. We will supply or manufacture
the scarf’s for Arabian countries also.
