Industry 4.0 brings with it the benefit of more automation and technology that can mitigate physical decline and physical WH&S risks… but employees must remain cognitively healthy to remain useful in the workplace. “Industry 4.0 is calling on a combination of digital literacy and essential human skills such as communicating and problem solving.” Deloitte Access Economics 2017
What is the health and safety issue? What is important to YOU as you age in the workplace? What part is being addressed? Survey includes questions about psychosocial safety, cognitive and physical decline, and other factors to facilitate our ability to successfully age at work.
