I have spoken to Ahsan today and we have discussed the integration work completed to date and our current capability.
We have also scheduled a meeting for senior staff, Friday 1st May at 10am in order to communicate:
Features and benefits of the integration and the network reach of the Wambiz solution.
How this new capability can impact the stakeholder groups, Learner, Employer, Staff
Potential roll out entry points for Staff & Learners
Discussion about role mapping to key members of staff, Admin | Safeguarding | Training and support
From this meeting we will be able to engage key staff in the decision making process for the rollout of this important new service.
If you and I could have a chat via Skype tomorrow that would be great, we can discuss way of working (Wambiz-Pathway) and co-ordinate immediate training requirements to enable us to demonstrate the technology in action at Pathway with an initial staff group.
