Project: Consumer connect work station, Synchrony Bank
Customer connect work station (CCWS) is a call center applicaition, where in Synchrony Bank
customers could be contacted via call center representatives, both in bound and outbound.
This application enables the representatives to contact the Synchrony bank customers to make
the Credit card payments and fix issues related to the same. The whole projects consists of 3
major modules.
