Problems arising from Procrastination -Grades suffer -Health suffers (immune system takes a dive and causes cold, and flu to become apparent) -If you are working in a group, it shifts the responsibility to others, which will probably piss them off -Destroys private relationships (If your lady friend asks you to do something, and you don’t do it for awhile, she will be pissed off, and may end up hitting you)
11. How to avoid Procrastinating Make a note of the assignment, or any new assignment you get Calculate how much time you are going to spend on this assignment (doesn’t have to be long otherwise you will get bored and procrastinate) AVOID activities that may turn you away from doing the assignment Reward yourself with a cookie, or something good when you have done part of the assignment (When doing this assignment I rewarded myself with 20 cookies), Also don’t eat too much Ask for help if you are stuck on something
12. Procrastination can’t be cured, but you can always minimize it. Don’t spend much time on things that don’t matter,(how does watching TV benefit you?) and focus on things that you have to finish
13. After all said and done.. You will have more time to work on other things, and spend time with your family (That is if they don’t nag you)
