will be English in March 2012. However
employee of Uniqlo need not to speak English in
a meeting and to exchange e-mail.

English, If there are some foreign member but
employee need not to speak English for
Japanese employee. However Nomura holdings
has no rule to English

point TOEIC score, because Employee who can
not take 600-750 TOEIC score can not speak
English.
• If employee can not get 600-750 TOEIC score,
the employee can not get a job in Rakuten and
will be fired.
10. Conclusion
• I think employee should speak English for
foreign country employee, but need not to
speak English for Japanese. The strategy of
Rakuten is forcible strategy. But I think that all
employee need to speak English.
