not take 600-750 TOEIC score can not speak
English.

the employee can not get a job in Rakuten and
will be fired.
10. Conclusion
• I think employee should speak English for
foreign country employee, but need not to
speak English for Japanese. The strategy of
Rakuten is forcible strategy. But I think that all
employee need to speak English.
