Current employment;
Assistant Management Accountant, Experior Ltd, London. (July 2011-Present)
Assisting in management accounts, including various activities such as; yearly budget, gross profit
analysis per month & annum, individual customer analysis, P11D related information (Mileage & travel
expenditure analysis), Tangible assets register creation, maintenance & analysis.
Responsible for maintaining our accounts payable ledger and paying suppliers and keeping up a good
relationship with them.
Responsible for presenting our weekly bank transactions & reconciliation's through HSBC & our accounting
software SAP Business ByDesign, ultimately providing accurate and useful information for our monthly
management accounts.
Dealing with internal financial staff activity, including commission, associates costs per month & our
consultant’s expense reports analysis & subsequent payment at month end.
Maintaining & updating our private healthcare & pension spreadsheets, thus allowing the information to be
added & used in further analysis.
Assisting in developing the Basic Cost Rates for consultants. Maintaining and updating our weekly
Cashflow Forecast. Assisting in preparing journals and calculating accruals, prepayments & asset
depreciation (Straight line).
Preparation of payroll, making necessary adjustments for employees each month.
Extensive use of our accounting software SAP Business ByDesign, which reports regularly are created
from in order to aid in our weekly & monthly analysis and to exercise any necessary changes or
transactions.
Regularly reviewing operations with the Financial Controller in order to maximise workload efficiency and
develop professional experience.
Assisting the direct sales team, marketing and directors for various reports or actions in SAP Business
ByDesign in order to support in house operations. Inter-company support around various departments
helps to get a better understanding of the company as a whole which has lasting benefits.
Completing the professional qualification of 'Chartered Institute of Management Accountants' in my spare
