Currently working in Service Assurance profile for Mobile Messaging Exchange (MMX)
project. It is application to person (A2P) messaging product.
1. Daily troubleshooting operations and maintenance of TATA SMSHUB (SMSC of A2P
messages) having SMPP and SS7 connectivity. Also working on STP related activities.
2. Customer complaint handling regarding message delivery issues, delayed delivery
(Latency Issue), false delivery issues.
3. Handling complaints on contents delivery issues, Sender ID related issues and
concatenated message delivery issues.
4. Coordinating with internal team and other MNOs to get issue resolved.
5. Troubleshooting of connectivity related issues of SMPP and SS7 connectivity.

well as customer side.

Service Assurance for TCL Voice Network comprising of ZTE NGN, Alcatel
TDM switches, Tekelec STP.
Responsibilities:
1. To carry out day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activity of ZTE and Alcatel and
TEKELEC Switches.
2. Configuring and testing new Data Links with national and international
operators.
3. Resolution of daily calls connectivity issues & PoI faults.
4. Trouble shooting of product defects as well as call processing related problems
for improvement of ASR.
5. Performance monitoring of all Poi’s which includes BSNL Tandem, NLD, TAX.

health report in order to facilitate smoother functioning of the system.
7. Network assurance and preventive maintenance of the STP& NGN.
8. Trouble shooting of product defects as well as calls processing related problems
for improvement of ASR & utilization.
9. Taking customer complaints related to ASR, CCR, single number issue, particular
destination issue, SMS issues, LU issues reported to us.
10. Follow up with carriers & internal teams for restoration of POIs & transmission
related issues.

Major Responsibilities handled for Planned Event (PE) Management:
1. PE Docket in System (with impacted Circuits linkage – in case of SA PEs)
2. Case to Case Need Basis Interlock/Review/Verifications with XNOCs and FO/TCL
Owners for the PE.
3. Internal & External Stake Holders’ Acceptance for Normal PEs as applicable case
to case basis.
4. SLA Verification for TCL’s Normal SA PE only.
5. PE Request qualifies all the Desired Pre-checks, If No then sends Rejection to PE
Requester with Reason.
6. Exceptionally Unprotected / Linear Links getting impacted in otherwise NSA PE
on NLD/MAN Rings for Customer Notification. (SOC TDM opens PE TT for NLD
Segment and MAN/PE Owner for MAN Segment.
7. Daily broadcasting of PE Approvals to all internal stake holders.
8. Updating status of daily PE completion, Docket closing.
9. Preparing monthly reports of PE’s, activities.
