Explore My Rotary mobile and desktop
1. Introduction to My Rotary
My Rotary is available on desktop and mobile devices using any
browser.
The mobile version is web based (vs. being a native app) and will size
appropriately to your phone or tablet.

Go to https://www.rotary.org
Click the My Rotary link at the top.
If you have already registered, log in with your sign-in credentials.
If you are new to the site Create Account.

4. Enter your information and click Continue.
The system will tell you to check your email.
From your email, click the link to activate your account.

5. Enter requested information for security.
Determine if you want a visible or private profile.
Click Remember Me if you want your browser to store your login
information.
To finalize your account setup, click Continue.
Go to your Profile.

6. Go to your profile to set up your preferences.
To update your profile picture, click Edit, Browse, select your file,
then Save.
If you want all your privacy settings the same, click the private or
public key at the top.
Otherwise, set them by section throughout the profile.
At any time, you can View your public profile so you are aware what
others would see. Click the link at the top.

7. Click Add to enter your contact information.
Set the appropriate information as Primary. For example, if you want
Rotary mail to go to your home instead of business, make your
home address Primary.

8. Your Rotary Resume contains your basic membership information,
any special recognition and your professional information.

9. In the Programs section, click Add to enter any program that you
have participated in (Exchange, VTT, Scholarships, etc.)
In the Skills & Interests section, add all relevant areas of expertise
and level of experience.

10. Once you’ve set up your profile, click View your public profile to see
what others would see.
Review your privacy settings and make necessary changes.

11. In the Account Settings window, you can update:
Your password
Sign-in email
Security questions
Email preferences
Location/Language
Click the Manage your subscriptions link to elect which Rotary email
newsletters to receive.

14. In the Exchange Ideas menu, select Search People.
Search by name or by Skills & Interests.
Skills & Interests searches will yield many results.
Click on a member’s name. If they have a public profile, you will
have the option to message the and connect with them. If you
connect, their name will be displayed on your profile as a
connection.

15. Click Connect or Send Message to interact with other members.
The recipient of your request will be notified and can accept or
reject your request.

16. If you have invitations to connect, you can Accept All, Accept
individually or Accept & Reply with a message.
Access your incoming invitations and messages by clicking the
Connections or Messages links at the top of your profile. They will
be followed by a number in parenthesis if you have awaiting
invitations.

17. Search for clubs from the Club Finder link at the top of the website.
There is also a separate Club Finder app for mobile phones and
tables.
Enter your location, search radius and club filters (day, time, type)
and click Search.
You will get a map view and list of the resulting clubs.

19. To go to the Learning Center, click the link from the Learning &
Reference menu.
The Learning Center will open in a new tab or window and it
functions independently of the main My Rotary site. To return, go
back to the previous tab or window.
Register for a course on the Learning Center.
The site keeps your course history.

21. From the Manage menu, click Brand Center.
A new tab or window will open. This is a separate system so you may
need to log in. Enter your My Rotary credentials if prompted.
Continue past any special messages.
The Brand Center layout looks the same as My Rotary but with
different menu options.

Guidelines to get information about how to apply branding and get
