Download and complete the Doctor of Education Admission Application packet
from:www.schoolofed.nova.edu/doctoral/pdf/application_edd.pdf
Prepare a bank draft for USD50.00 (non-refundable application fee) made out to ‘NOVA
SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY’OR a check for USD50.00 issued from a bank in the USA and
madeout to ‘NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY’.
Submit alongwith your application, photocopies of BOTH your undergraduate and master’s
degreecertificatesAND academictranscripts.
Send Official Academic Transcripts directly from the university/universities to Mr. Gerry
Lopez (mailing address below).
Get TWO individuals who can attest to your ability to succeed in a doctoral program to
complete the Recommendation for Admission Form (Form is included in the Doctor of
Education Admission Application; make two copies). They can give you the completed Form
in a sealed envelope to submit alongwith your application, or send directly to address below.
