NASA leadership directed efforts to better communicate the exciting work of the agency to spark enthusiasm among current employees and inspire a new generation. Staff provided over 40 ideas through an internal wiki to make NASA seem "cooler" such as reality shows, video games, and social media engagement. Next steps include expanding public outreach and implementing promising recommendations to increase employee satisfaction and recruitment.
