• Passed 10th from H.B.S.E. with 52.16% marks in 2009.

• Phone call follow-ups and post sales activities from OTP call back report.
• Customer retention / recovery activities.
• Visiting the client office weekly or according to the requirement.
• Responsible for customer service in the duties included answering customer queries, problem
solving and providing detailed information on new product by mailing & telephonic sources.
• Works with new customers in the development of new accounts and the implementation of new
systems.
• Assist in the development of new policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training of new customer service representatives and associates.
• Generates repeat business through successful client follow-up.
• Courteous service to all external and internal customers.
• Identify and resolve customer issues.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
