We are a new type of creative eHealth agency We work with CCGs and Trusts to create really useful apps and web tools • for their patients, carers, clinicians and managers • for accelerating service transformation and patient empowerment We listen carefully and solve problems creatively We turn your ideas into working apps and web tools We do it quickly with proven, low cost, easy to use technologies We do it by by combining: • an understanding of the NHS • with an understanding of what makes a great app or web tool • with being good at developing software. We get stuff done!

More adults have home internet access than own a car 75% of British households own a car People over the age of 50 account for more than half of new users in last 12 months Men over 50 are the fastest growing group 67% of UK adults use an internet connected computer every day every time you see someone driving a car... that’s someone with a home internet connection
- 8. OK, but but what about kids? 89% of children have access at home 99% in the richest 10% of households 57% in the poorest 10% of households 74% aged 11-31… would rather live without TV than the internet

- 28. What are the risks and costs? It is low risk and low cost because: •Applications are built based on low-cost prototypes •Prototypes are tested for clinical support and business case •CCGs can stop participating in the process after stage 1 (ideas) or 2 (prototyping) Stage 1: £3k, Stage 2: £6k-£15k, Stage 3: £30k-£55k •The CSU is an active partner, project managing, building business cases Some options: 1.Single CCG, 1 product, £40k - £70k 2.Two or three CCGs collaborate, 1 product, share costs, £40k - £70k in total 3.All CCGs collaborate, 2 products, £7k - £12k each
