2. Fundamentally, I have learnt to create a successful front cover and educated
in how to edit photos using the software Adobe Photoshop, as well as using
Page Plus to create a contents page and the double-page spread article.
Additionally, I believed that Page Plus was very effective and efficient
software to use for the required procedures due to the fact that it aided me in
ensuring I produced my final music magazine to a highly professional
standard by enabling me to use guidelines and other accuracy tools. These
allowed me to ensure that my magazines text and images are exactly in line
in order to refine the magazine. Moreover, during the photo shoot that I
undertook, I utilised the hardware of a Canon EOS 550D which enabled me
to take enhanced and quality photos for my final product ensuring Rap Gaze
magazine looked professional. Furthermore, in regards to my double page
spread article, page plus enabled me to create an organic, street graffiti type
look by editing the background, this in turn gave my article a significant street
style meeting the requirements for the codes and conventions and gave an
accurate portrayal of my magazines genre and purpose. Additionally, I utilised
Prezi, video editing and Slide Share in order to help me better and more
effectively present my work when necessary, as basic written work is
sometimes not only boring but does not present some ideas effectively, Prezi
enables this. Also the use of these software's allowed me to provide evidence
that I can proficiently utilise technological systems and portray my skills in
order to maximise the quality of my final product.
