(blog/journal)
● Colleagues/Groups will record their progress (action research), this
may be as a blog on the T&L website. This will allow sharing of good
practice, support and cohesion between the groups.
● This will also ensure that all members of groups have an active role
and are accountable.
● Group Leaders should assign roles and responsibilities, but staff have
the opportunity to take their project as far as they like.
● The projects are clearly to be personalised within the framework of
expectations. It is about PHS development but it has to be you
working on your chosen aspect with your pupils/subject

Editor's Notes
LEADERSHIP:
The TLC Leaders meetings (attended by the Leaders and Supporting Leaders) then become leadership development meetings.
The Supporting Leaders have the opportunity to learn from the Leaders and gain experience and skills.
The meetings will provide support to help to drive the projects (e.g. having difficult conversations).
Groups have the opportunity to manage a small budget.
