You already know the internet is powerful. Let’s review some
of the dangers:
• Strangers might try to capture your personal information
• Inappropriate content
• Sharing or sending inappropriate messages or content
• Device security
• Cyberbullying (either being the bully or the victim)

would if you were in person
• Be polite!
• Treat others the way you want to be treated
• Protect other who are being mistreated
• Don’t take credit for other people’s work
• Let teachers know where you find your
resources

your personal information. People
online may not be who they say they
are so NEVER reveal personal
information like your name, address,
phone number, school name, OR even
your friend’s information.
