Following cyber ethics makes internet exploration more enjoyable and safer. Parents should discuss cyber ethics with their children, monitor their computer use, and teach them not to share personal information or meet online friends in person without supervision.

• Use the internet to interact politely.
• Don't cyber bully by giving people respect threats
or humiliation.
• Don’t use others content and use it as yours.
• Don’t share your personal information to
strangers.
• Don’t lie to others online.

intellectual property (IP).
• Pirating movies ,games, software.
• Alter or look at others personal
files and data.
• Usage to cause harm to others.
7. CYBER SAFETY
The internet is the best source. It is as useful as it is dangerous to
children if not well aware .The ways to know how to safe are :
• Don’t sign up for sites that have age requirements above your age.
• Don’t share your personal information like name , address, phone
number etc.
• Don’t believe everything on the internet and that your friends say.
• Contact your parents or teachers if you think you are being cyber
bullied.
8. SUGGESTIONS FOR PARENTS
• Discuss about the dos and don’ts on the internet.
• Let them teach you what they do when you are online.
• Make sure they don’t use all their time on the computer.
• Keep the computer in where they can be monitored.
• Teach them to never meet an online friend in real life unless you are
with them.
• Teach them to not share their personal information online.
