2. PANCAKES RECIPE
GLUTEN FREE

3. INGREDIENTS

4. 1 CUP FLOUR

5. 2 TABLESPOON SUGAR

6. 2 TEASPOON BUTTER

7. 1 EGG

8. 1 CUP MILK

9. 2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

10. A PINCH OF VANILLA SUGAR

11. 1 SPOON OF WATER

12. ELABORATION
● In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

13. ● Heat the Butter.

14. ● Make a wheel in the center, and pour in milk, egg, water and butter.

15. ● Mix until smooth.

16. ●Put a soupspoon of mixture in the griddle.

17. ●Let the pancakes cook until the edges start to look dry and bubbles
form on the uncooked surface

18. ●Use a long handled spatula to flip the pancakes

19. •Let the pancakes cook for another minute or two.

20. •Then serve the pancakes immediately!
