The situational analysis is one of the four elements in a strategic management process and is an
important step in the success of a business. This paper will present a background history of Toyota

Organizations need to incorporate the SWOT analysis into its strategic planning techniques (Barney

Toyota expressed conduct guidelines and expression of values for all the employees of Toyota.

Within eight since the dissemination of these principles, Toyota became the largest automobile
maker for the year 2008 and assumed the titled of the most profitable automobile maker along with
increased sales globally (Liker, 2004).
The resource–based view of Toyota's Annual Report (Toyota Company online library, 2009)
illustrates as a multinational automobile maker, Toyota has a competitive advantage in accessing
regional and international markets effectively. This equips the company with a vast market portfolio
to optimize the economies of scale. In addition, the diversification of the products Toyota
manufactures endows the automobile maker with the propensity to satiate various segments of its
consumers.
SWOT Analysis
The SWOT analysis examines Toyota's organizational structure and will provide a summary of
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Strengths
Toyota Motor Corporation continues to be innovative with the product lines. For example, the
Camry this model was reinvented for 2012 and still maintained its number one position in sales for
the tenth year in a row.

Without this layer of gases the Earth would be too cold to be inhabited, perhaps 20 degrees cooler
than now. But, then amount of gases in this layer must remain constant. Even a slight increase could
have drastic results. Many people believe that a one degree increase in the temperature will not
cause much harm. The truth is with every degree of increase in temperature a 100 more wildlife
species are put in danger of extinction. Numerous experiments and studies prove that an increased
level of greenhouse gases, mainly carbon dioxide, is causing climate change and causing it fast.
2) Human Activities
A) Burning of fossil fuels–This is the most prominent and deadly source of climate change. Burning
of fossil fuels can release greenhouse gases ranging from carbon dioxide to ammonia. With massive
industrialization currently going on, the amount of fossil fuels burned is increasing. Transport and
heating are also major energy sources. Almost 7 giga tonnes of Carbon dioxide is emitted per year.
In the U.K three–fourths of energy produced comes from fossil fuels. Mineral fuels like petroleum
and coal are major sources of energy. In the last 150 years more than 45 Billion tonnes of carbon
dioxide has been emitted .The most problematic factor is that in the last decade; there has been no
slowdown in carbon emissions.

Full Sentence Outlines
The full sentence outline format is essentially the same as the Alphanumeric outline. The main
difference (as the title suggests) is that full sentences are required at each level of the outline. This
outline is most often used when preparing a traditional essay. Select the "Sample Outlines" PDF in
the Media Box above to download the sample of this outline.
Decimal Outlines
The decimal outline is similar in format to the alphanumeric outline. The added benefit is a system
of decimal notation that clearly shows how every level of the outline relates to the larger whole.

abused is like being the prey, waiting alone in the woods for the hunter to come along.
Unfortunately for some, that hunter happens to live under the same roof, and alone in the woods,
alone in my room, I felt like prey every time I heard his footsteps walking down the hall. This
certainly led to suicidal thoughts, so I can relate to the findings of suicide attempts reporting among
assault victims. (Analogy) C. School Psychology Quarterly reports an estimated 7.4% of U.S.
students have been sexually assaulted, and those who had been abused reported more suicide
attempts then those who have not. (Source 4: Statistic). They are also more likely to develop

Outline And Outline Of A Thesis Essay
1.Thesis: I think your thesis is strong and obvious throughout your paper. So I don't think that will
be something you need to change dramatically. Instead, I think the main thing you should focus on
for Draft 2 is organizing your paper so it is all supporting information for your thesis. In both your
background and analysis section, ask yourself whether the information is there to support your thesis
or whether it a secondary point. If it is a secondary point, then I probably wouldn't include it.
2.Organization: I would encourage you to try and increase your use of both umbrella paragraphs and
topic/thesis sentences. Generally, at the beginning of each section or subsection, you should have an
umbrella/roadmap paragraph to explain what is to come. That way a reader really understanding
where you are going and how things fit together. Same with topic/thesis sentences. From a structural
point of view, your background may end up being a bit long. Youwant your background to be shorter
than your analysis section. At your current fourteen pages, you may want to watch out for the
background section overshadowing the analysis section. I think there is some room to cut, but you
are going to have to figure out what it ends up being important to your thesis, and what is noise that
is only related to your thesis.
3.Background: I think you are off to a good start with your background section. I would consider
providing more organization or context for the section on the PLCAA. As

people actually think about becoming an organ donor. I made sure to include multiple statistics so
that my audience would know how many people are actually awaiting organ and tissue donation.
Providing this information in my speech was resourceful to my audience as well as myself because

Furthermore, because I was referring to my note cards more, my eye contact was lacking. My eye
contact was the one thing in my speech that needed the most improvement. Also, my nonverbal
communication was good in the fact that I did not move my hands around a lot, but did have
quite a few nervous twitches. The nonverbal that were displayed in this persuasive speech were
better than the other two speeches, but I still need to work on a couple of things, such as, having a

Unfortunately for some, that hunter happens to live under the same roof, and alone in the woods, alone in my room, I felt like prey every time I heard his footsteps walking down the hall. This certainly led to suicidal thoughts, so I can relate to the findings of suicide attempts reporting among assault victims. (Analogy) C. School Psychology Quarterly reports an estimated 7.4% of U.S. students have been sexually assaulted, and those who had been abused reported more suicide attempts then those who have not. (Source 4: Statistic). They are also more likely to develop post–traumatic stress disorder, behavioral difficulties (i.e. aggression), lower academic achievement, etc. D. I sometimes struggle with organization in my essays. One thing I can say I never had been taught was a good organization tool or an outline. Outlines I was taught in high school just confused me more. I never used them in high school and have not used them since then. Before starting this class and learning about different styles of prewriting, I'm going to try it out and hope it makes my essay writing more smooth. I feel confident that these outlines will make the essay more organized and I can develop more ideas that will make sense with the topic and be persuasive. Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 24. Outline And Outline Of A Thesis Essay 1.Thesis: I think your thesis is strong and obvious throughout your paper. So I don't think that will be something you need to change dramatically. Instead, I think the main thing you should focus on for Draft 2 is organizing your paper so it is all supporting information for your thesis. In both your background and analysis section, ask yourself whether the information is there to support your thesis or whether it a secondary point. If it is a secondary point, then I probably wouldn't include it. 2.Organization: I would encourage you to try and increase your use of both umbrella paragraphs and topic/thesis sentences. Generally, at the beginning of each section or subsection, you should have an umbrella/roadmap paragraph to explain what is to come. That way a reader really understanding where you are going and how things fit together. Same with topic/thesis sentences. From a structural point of view, your background may end up being a bit long. Youwant your background to be shorter than your analysis section. At your current fourteen pages, you may want to watch out for the background section overshadowing the analysis section. I think there is some room to cut, but you are going to have to figure out what it ends up being important to your thesis, and what is noise that is only related to your thesis. 3.Background: I think you are off to a good start with your background section. I would consider providing more organization or context for the section on the PLCAA. As Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 25. Persuasive Speech Outline Well, the persuasive speech did not go the best for me. I was extremely nervous and I could not snap out of it; which I'm sure was obvious in the video. On the bright side, though, my catch phrase made it easier to grab the attention of my audience! It also helped that my persuasive speech outline had good flow. My persuasive speech contained a lot of resourceful information that I hope made people actually think about becoming an organ donor. I made sure to include multiple statistics so that my audience would know how many people are actually awaiting organ and tissue donation. Providing this information in my speech was resourceful to my audience as well as myself because organ and tissue donation is not generally a topic that people think a lot about and therefore they might not know the real importance of organ and tissue donation....show more content... I have no idea why this speech made me so nervous. Due to the fact that I was extremely nervous, my mind kept freezing up on me, so, therefore, I was referring to my note cards more than I needed to be; which made the speech not flow as smoothly as I would have liked it to. Furthermore, because I was referring to my note cards more, my eye contact was lacking. My eye contact was the one thing in my speech that needed the most improvement. Also, my nonverbal communication was good in the fact that I did not move my hands around a lot, but did have quite a few nervous twitches. The nonverbal that were displayed in this persuasive speech were better than the other two speeches, but I still need to work on a couple of things, such as, having a glass of water next to me so that I do not have to swallow so Get more content on HelpWriting.net
