will also serve as a benchmark model for the ALLL (Allowances for Loan & Lease Losses)
reserve forecasting process. Its design can also be adapted to support other business uses in
the future, as needed.
 Refining of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Model, the overall purpose of this modeling effort is to
replace IRIS as the methodology for stress testing the C&I portfolio, and to provide a
benchmark for CMM’s stress testing of the CRE portfolio. The sub-model engine (SME)
was designed to calculate forecasts for non-performing loans (NPLs), expected losses
(charge-offs), accounting-specific reserves, and provision.

 Currently involves in generation and automation of credit operations reports and dashboards
using SAS, Advanced Excel & VBA for various level of management reporting. Objective
of this project is to help to develop a holistic Business Intelligence model for Citibank
Australia Credit Operations through automation of standard MIS, Design & develop
actionable portfolio MIS & dashboards.
 Optimization of the Human Resources for Credit Operation team, so that the maximum
utilization of the Agents can be done.
 Forecasting Technique for the Collection for Bucket 1 to Bucket 6. This will help to identify
the Roll Forward, Roll Loss, Cured, Static, Write-off amount etc.
 Identify the reason for increasing the Cancellation Rate and the measure to reduce it, so that
the customer base is increase.

 Development of the recovery volume prediction models for one of the top 3 bureaus in the
world (new product among credit bureaus) using very innovative and high end statistical
procedures
 Development of the collection propensity models for one of the same bureau
