o Successfully implemented two major projects of the Bank at Pan India level with the objective of
migration of customers to Alternate Channels and de-congestion of branches. Implementation of two
more projects is underway.
Self Service Kiosks (SSK):
SSKs enable customers to perform 20 types of banking transactions in self service mode. First of
its kind initiative in the Indian Banking industry. One of the fast growing and promising Alternate
Channels in the industry.
Rollout of more than 1,400 SSKs across India with daily average transactions of more than 75,000
(CAGR ~60% since inception). Cost savings estimated for FY 14-15 at Rs 32 crore.
Barcode Based Passbook Printing Kiosks (SWAYAM)
SWAYAMs facilitate customers to print their passbooks in self service mode with use of barcode
technology.
More than 2,000 SWAYAM rolled out by June, 2015 recording around 4 lacs transactions on daily
basis. Bank plans to increase the number of kiosks multi-fold (~8,000 nos) in the current financial
year with expected savings of more than 200 crores.
Exploited technology for implementation of an innovative solution for mapping of barcodes with
account numbers, resulting in higher security in addition to savings of more than Rs 6.5 crores.
CTS enabled Cheque Deposit Kiosks
Pilot completed for fully Cheque Truncation System (CTS) enabled Cheque Deposit Kiosks. Bank
plans to rollout these kiosks in large numbers obviating need of bank staff as maker of the cheque.

2. Xpress Collect Solution
A funds collection solution for corporate beneficiaries with multiple remittances in small amount
through cash and non-cash methods of payment. Conceptualizing, developing, rolling out and
marketing of the solution.
