Workspace Office Solutions (Project) (1997-2006)
Working on a national basis on major capital schemes for a variety of
corporate clients.I have been involved in these projects at all levels
including exerting an influence on strategic design thinking. Over this
period Bt was a major client with project locations including.
Bt Bristol. £1.2 million city centre interiors project including personnel
analysis, interior space design, space planning, product selection and
producing client facing material.
Bt Cardiff. £1.5million scheme to create a high level environment for
Bt high end world creatives working on technology design and global
services. The brief was to take a rectangular building and create a
more organic environment with many innovative features.
Bt Gatwick. £ 3.2 million project to house 1500 personnel in a state
of the art building. Again full environment design including main
workspaces, bistro and restaurant areas, corporate client display
areas, senior management suites and Ceo office suite.

Stoke on Trent College Campus. £1 million interiors scheme for
new college campus “ Buslem Campus” including major scheme
Presentations to end user, all interiors planning, liaison with architects
And developers, bespoke furniture solutions, new college cuture
design and final implementation management.
Phase 2 Cauldon Campus. Following the success of phase 1 we
were awarded the following four phases starting with phase 2. Full
interiors package including specialist areas for commercial training.
Atrium area with a commercial level bar and restaurant for public and
training. Value approx £1.5 million.
Leeds city council customer services unit. A major 4 floor scheme
incorporating new working practices, high level interior design for
bistro, break-out, multi meet /training and open plan areas.Approx
value £3 million plus.
Durham county Council Rivergreen. A high end, high technology
building to house selected council departments in a new culture/ new
working practices environment.
Nationwide Building Society. A major national roll out scheme
valued at over £6 million including all planning, interior design, space
and personnel analysis, new concept presentations and new client
specific products. Major design visualisations and walkthroughs
produced.

In this role I performed a significant role with the following clients;
HSE Health & Safety Executive: Took a leading role in securing the
5 year roll out plan for the HSE property rationalisation program, their
requirements being reactive planning, 3D visualisation support for
planning and and user group presentations to demonstate the new
approach to their working environments.
