Project Brief
he brief was to create an interior design in an e isting building, develop a brand, produce a full set of architectural drawings, create presentation boards of the final design, power point pre-
sentation, scaled models, write a design development report, produce electrical plans and detailing drawings
Design Rational
Considering the change in customers’ attitudes during the last few years, restaurateur need to stop seeing technology as a threat and take it as an opportunity to improve their business in
order to provide richer experiences to their customers.
The statistical data of UK restaurant business is showing that the customers attendance has decreased during the past years, due to that the current trends have to be changed and mod-
ernised. In order to bring customer interest back to full-service restaurants have decided to combine technology with modern and yet unknown for most of the population in UK - molecular
cuisine. ave designed a restaurant brand associated with the most profitable company worldwide - pple tatista, . Creating the brand association increases the target mar et, which
are people from to years old - potential users of the pple products and full-service restaurants customers
