PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I currently have over twenty two years in the construction industry, with over seventeen of those years
having an emphasis on nuclear D&D operations. My experience includes over fourteen years of field
supervisory/safety responsibilities on various DOE and NRC regulated D&D projects, including a number
of high profile nuclear reactor decommissioning projects.
I have also successfully managed hi-profile Heavy Demolition Projects with a focus on sites requiring
environmental remediation, and asbestos abatement primarily in nuclear/industrial and commercial
settings.
I have demonstrated a proven ability to bring complex projects to completion on schedule and within
budget, my accomplishments in key management areas such as site safety, project planning, budgeting,
and subcontractor management have contributed to the success of numerous projects.
Additionally, my past responsibilities have included scheduling, project management, development and
implementation of work procedures, cost accountability for projects, development and implementation of
a successful safety culture/environment, and supervision of work for compliance with contract and
regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal level.
I have successfully demonstrated the ability to develop and maintain customer satisfaction with some of
the nation’s leading commercial and industrial clients.

and low level radioactive contamination. The project also included removal of a fuel oil pipeline coated
with asbestos. The pipeline runs from the plant proper through a marsh and finally extending out 2000
feet into Humboldt Bay, lying on and beneath the bay floor. The pipe removal project consists of
removing any liquid product in the line, exposing the pipe, removing the asbestos coating, cutting view
windows in the pipe, inserting pneumatic plugs and capping the line to prevent the release of
hydrocarbons into the bay. Once the line is safely isolated the pipe is removed for disposal. On land this
