Kraüss Aeronautics Terms and Conditions
Prices:
Prices can be subject to change at any time up to placement of order. Once order is placed and
acknowledged the acknowledged price will be held firm. All prices are ex works form Kraüss
Aeronautics.
Payment terms:
A 40% deposit will be required with the order and 60% on delivery.
Delivery date:
Delivery time of 3 months, and on receipt of order a delivery date estimate will be given. The
company will use its best endeavors to meet estimated delivery dates. However if the suppliers
for the company not deliver necessary materials / components on time, or other circumstances
beyond the control of the company occur to delay delivery of the product, then the company
cannot be held liable for any form damages or return of deposits held. Deposits may be
refunded on request if delivery date is greater than 6 weeks beyond the written estimate.
Warranty of quality:
The company warrants that parts and components shall be free from defects in workmanship or
materials that render them not fit for purpose or outside of the design approval status. In the
event that any parts are defective within 1 year the company shall repair or replace same.
Engines have specific warranty conditions as specified by the engine manufacturer. Specific
requirements for warranty registration of engines is the responsibility of the purchaser. Except
as herein stated the company shall not be liable for any damages or for the breach of any
warranty, express or implied, or for any further obligation or liability on account of the products
covered by this agreement. Because of the homebuilt status of the aircraft, no labour is
covered by this warranty.
Certification:
Kraüss Aeronáutica complies with ANAC - National Civil Aviation Agency regulations in Brazil
on the certification of amateur construction (at least 51%). The company will not be responsible
for the Certification in the countries that it is exporting, so the customer must analyze before the
request, if our products meet the standards for airworthiness approval in their country.
By signing below, purchaser acknowledges the inherent risks associated with
experimental and amateur-built aircraft and aviation, and agrees that purchaser is solely
responsible for all risks and liabilities associated with the assembly, modification, and/or
operation of these kit components and the resulting experimental amateur-built aircraft. In the
unlikely event of a dispute hereunder, purchaser agrees that all such claims must be filed and
resolved exclusively in the forum of the Comarca de Três Corações / MG/Brazil. In no event

shall Kraüss Aeronautica be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any
damages whatsoever resulting from the assembly, modification, and/or operation of these kit
components (and the resulting experimental amateur-built aircraft), and purchaser-on behalf of
himself/herself and any successors or assigns-expressly releases Kraüss Aeronautica from any
and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action arising there from.
