the employees.
Sample of the Study- A sample size of 20 was chosen from the selected branch
for the study. To ensure that the sample was represented enough to draw
conclusion.
Data Collection Instruments- The questions were designed to make the purpose
of the study successful after the results have been ascertained. This instrument
gave expected information about the recruitment and selection procedures or
practices.
Sources of Data Primary Sources- In getting primary data there are several
approaches available to gathering data. In order to collect reliable and valid

•Company helped me to gain proficiency in making PowerPoint presentation regarding the
business and uses of different tools and technique while making a PowerPoint presentation.
•I have learned how to take interviews round and how to mark the candidates as per
different parameters. I have been taking interviews of the candidates throughout my
internship period.
•I also got an opportunity to work on the companies website where i have updated the blog
section of the company.
•Designing and creating a poster using different tools.
•I have taken telephonic interview round of the candidates and after discussion we have to
select out the final candidates. This helped me to work on my talking tone/pitch.
