Mentor Coach & Founder, Coacharya
As the resident mentor coach, Ram oversees all aspects of coaching and training services offered under
the Coacharya banner. He is also responsible for creating the proprietary Coacharya coaching model.
Ram brings an accomplished career of 45 years to the helm of Coacharya.
Ram has ben in corporate leadership positions as CEO and above for 25 years, turned around companies,
helped with a billion dollar conglomerate, supervised over a dozen multinational Joint Ventures, advised
Governments of Indonesia and Singapore, angel invested incubated and started several technology start ups,
and consulted with family businesses, SMEs and not for profit institutions, using principles of lean management,
as well as customer and quality orientation to all aspects of business.
As a business and executive coach at leadership levels, Ram works with groups and individuals on issues of
team building, alignment of cultural values, co-creation of vision to action plan and strategic performance issues
of engagement and coping with VUCA.
Ram has authored several books on Hindu Buddhist philosophy and published articles internationally on
mindless awareness in coaching . He teaches as an adjunct faculty at post graduate programs, speaks at events
related to Human development, consist probing for academic and not for profit institutions. His passion is
bending Hindu Buddhist spiritual practices such as yoga, tantra and meditation with Western psychological
interventions such as NLP, Gestalt, AI, EI, CBT and Positive Psychology to leadership development in all spaces of
work and life.

Pranav is a marketing professional with 17 years of experience at the intersections of print, digital and social. He has deep expertise
managing brand and product marketing services for companies in the consumer product, media, non-profit, and technology sectors.
He oversees all aspects of Coacharya’s business operations, from ongoing strategy and best practices development, to day-to-day
support logistics (including business development, client management, marketing and sales). He is a ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Pranav has a B.S. in Architecture from Arizona State University, and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University.
