The importance of information within  Ritzy Lounge ‘ Competition’  – keeping ahead of competition by constantly working on information we already offer to the potential consumers. Doing this keeps us up to date with the wants and needs of the customer which will increase our revenue. ‘ Efficiency’  – Being organised as a team creates a clear easy environment to work in. External Documents Used within Ritzy Lounge ‘ Competition’ –  Collecting research on rival companies to generate more brain storming ideas on what we can do better and be better than them. Creating more worthwhile deals for the consumers, giving them a reason to come to us. To make consumers aware of our offers we present this through: ‘ Advertisements’;  Advertising is a form of communication used to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to take some action with respect to products, ideas, or services.  ‘ Research’ –  Primary data collected by us to see the improvements we can make need to be logged and saved for future reference. Importance of Effective information What is effective information?  Effective information is used on a regular basis within Ritzy Lounge, the business it pretty much run by effective information. Without effective information the business would not function. For example: Incoming and Outgoing orders are vital, without communication staff are not aware of what orders need to be dispatched.  Also communication leads to expectations and aims, without either Ritzy Lounge is unable to expand its success. Aims determine employees to reach there goals and also excel beyond their aims. Documents used within Ritzy Lounge Documents that are regularly used within Ritzy Lounge has one aim which is to provide relevant information to either consumers or employees.  Documents such as:  Invoices  and  receipts  are there to have an proof of expenditure for either consumers or expenses for Ritzy Lounge, without these documents finance records will be inconsistent; there are also pricing  catalogs  and Stock lists to keep an eye on the quantity of stock but also the pricing of each product. Without this information consumers will not have no idea on what to purchase which may lead to lack of revenue. Also the same concept applies with  Newsletter  documents which are used to inform potential consumers on Ritzy Lounge’s latest offers and deals to benefit them. R I T Z Y  L O U N G E
Types of ICT Ritzy Lounge uses ICT used in Ritzy Lounge is a great form of communication. Messages that are important and need to be delivered quickly are delivered efficiently through emails. Ritzy Lounge uses an Intranet, which is a local internet form which is specifically designed and structured to meet the needs and wants for the employees of Ritzy Lounge making their technical jobs easier.  Also documents Ritzy Lounge use are all designed via software's giving the documents a more professional edge. Any Ritzy Lounge document must have the Ritzy Lounge logo printed on it so that consumers are aware of the identity of the document.  R I T Z Y  L O U N G E
R I T Z Y  L O U N G E Future for ICT and Ritzy Lounge Within ICT the future only holds upgrades for Ritzy Lounge. Only upgrades can improve the visual side of Ritzy Lounge but also the technical side, such as new software's can improve the design of documents keeping the business up to date and modern.  The technical side reflects the ability of the Ritzy Lounge website, upgrades can improve the website in many aspects such as being able to identify each product in depth taking a closer look at individual products.
Benefits ICT brings to Ritzy Lounge ICT brings benefits to any organisation, but to Ritzy Lounge ICT cuts out all the minor problems that can escalate to bigger issues.  ICT allows organisations to be more efficient when communicating. Emails for example are regularly used within business firms to forward email to a large number of employees, this is done so everyone receives the messages meaning they have been informed. Problems ICT can cause for  Ritzy Lounge ICT within a business can be helpful but also can create problems. When ICT can have a technical glitch organisations can suffer, for example an important email which received an error and was unable to send to the recipient would initially cause a problem for the employees.  Also within businesses ICT is a key factor of communication, most businesses depend on ICT to function the business which goes to show if the intranet went down for a business then potentially the business goes down. Communication Conclusion  Overall ICT is perceived as a major benefit, mainly in businesses employees strongly agree that it allows more efficiency to be generated but also ICT is very reliable.  ICT has its disadvantages but modern technology improvements is improving at a rapid pace, ICT communication can only improve allowing business communication's future being bright.
