 Trainer teaches in his own way as the job description
  is improper.

 Training is same at every level.

 Training period is one or two weeks.

 Employees shows lack of interest at work

 Job descriptions will help the employees to understand
 the job better.

 They set the boundaries of jobs in terms of required
 knowledge and skills.
Q3. Explain in detail what you would do to improve
the training process at Apex. Make sure to provide
specific suggestions.

 Every Level should have a proper job description, and
  it should be updated.

 Proper coaching and structured on the job training
  should be given.
