1. Band Website Analysis
The band of whom websites I’ll be analyzing are Lmfao, Kesha and Gym Class heroes. They all belong to the same electro-
pop genre. What I’ll be primarily looking at how they have set their websites. What are the similarities and what makes it
different from others.

2. The name of the band
could be clearly seen on
the middle of the
webpage, so as soon as
the audience opens the
web page what catches
the eye is the gym class
heroes logo. The logo is
center aligned and placed
in the middle.
As one could clearly see
that the colors used on
the site are the primary
colors of the electro pop
genre. The colors that
represent the genre.
However this shade of
blue and green is used
heavily on the site. As
these colors were used in
making the digipak of
their second album
which was “The Papercut
Chronicles 2”
Below the logo we could see different titles which lead to other pages. On
the front page its all about the news. The second one has tour information if
the band is planning a tour or not. Music is however available on the front
page, as a soundcloud link is embedded ,Yet there is a separate page for
music. The video title has the music videos

3. On the front page of the
new we could also see
vines, Pictures that are
posted by the sites which
are made by their fans and
this is updated daily.
There are also direct embedded links to
their( Gym Class Heroes) other social media
pages such facebook, twitter, tumblr etc
There is also a direct downloading link shared on the website from where we can directly download
their latest album “The Papercut Chronicles 2“

4. The website of kasha is very different from the rest of the websites that I have analyzed. The webpage itself has three embedded links to its social media pages twitter, Instagram and
facebook. And then there’s a newsletter sign up option. In the center of the page we could a medium level shot of kasha which is saturated to give it a metro/classic look.with her
wearing flowers on her head ( Edited on her head). Different colors are used in order to create a pattern behind kasha’s image.

5. The homepage has a pink background color as the color of LMFAO, the band itself is pink. Even the
logo of LMFAO has a pink outline with black stripes in it. This webpage of LMFAO follows a similar
pattern as of Gym Class heroes with all the titles of other pages center aligned. There are
embedded links on the right of the webpage through which we can follow them on other social
media pages.
There is also a live blog on the webpage on which the fans
can post anything related to Lmfao such as their videos,
Pictures etc.

6. There’s also a embedded link to a site which is named as “ Partyrockclothing.com” from here the users can buy
party clothes or the type of clothes the audience sees in their music videos
