- Have a regional Conference Board (similar to ILM Board) revising the
Bids.
- Create educational Materials (CC recommendations, Sales Plan,
Finance Plan).
-Bidding with Financial & Sales Template of ILMs.
-Define the Why of each of Regional Conferences & What makes them
successful to have clear Definition & Role for the Region.
- Review in Compendium to align with the regional compendium
- Define the roles at an early stage of: Regional Chairs/AI VP
Operations/AI VP OD in the conference.
- Have a Project Manager for Regional Conference| Region in the
beginning of the term Discuss with AI Responsible what solution is best
for the region.
3. -Feedback on Proposals of Regional Conferences
Products & Sales from BD managers.
-Have cost-Sharing and what is going to be the
plenary contribution.
-Instructions on clarifying & setting CC-MC
Relationship.
-Rotate on 2-3 Entities for sustainability of regional
conference (same Venue for the Regional
Conference). Example AIESEC in Greece.
-Define Conference Product that can be sold
regionally.
