-Responsible for maintaining Attendance Management System of the company- Involves dealing with both
Management and Workers approx 700 numbers including Head Office and Regional Offices, Include Time Management
entries, Attendance Machine, Leave application forms, Gate Passes and Annual Leaves in Human Resource
Management Systems (HRMS). MIS reporting to GM HR and Top Management regarding matters related such as
Absenteeism Trends of Workers, Late coming trend Analysis, Habitual Offenders Payroll identification etc,
Payroll & Full & Final Settlements:
-Responsible for the preparation & reconciliation of Staff & Worker - Salary payroll according to the ‘Payroll activity plan’
on specified dates.

Time & Attendance Information System
