Human Resource Information System
-Responsible for maintaining Attendance Management System of the company- Involves dealing with both
Management and Workers approx 700 numbers including Head Office and Regional Offices, Include Time Management
entries, Attendance Machine, Leave application forms, Gate Passes and Annual Leaves in Human Resource
Management Systems (HRMS). MIS reporting to GM HR and Top Management regarding matters related such as
Absenteeism Trends of Workers, Late coming trend Analysis, Habitual Offenders Payroll identification etc,
Payroll & Full & Final Settlements:
-Responsible for the preparation & reconciliation of Staff & Worker - Salary payroll according to the ‘Payroll activity plan’
on specified dates.
-Conflict Management i.e To resolve all issues of employee payments pertaining to payroll disbursements.
-Enabling Payroll file to finance through Payroll Management software for disbursement
Time & Attendance Information System
-To maintain time sheet record, to prepare of report for increment and promotion, to prepare attendance card of
the employees. Facilitate and create records for New Employees joining the Company at all levels.
-Customization in Time Management System (TMS) as per queries regarding Attendance module for payroll
(like making reports, adding procedures and Parameters etc.)
Employee Leave & Time Management.
-Ensure record of all employee leave and leave encashment are maintained meticulously.
-Responsible for maintaining and resolving all leave matters related to employees, their time management;
leave encashment issues and scheduling of Employee timings using TMS (Time Management System).
Other than this , Manual reports of Various sorts prepared on MS Excel or by exporting data from HRMS.

- Train client for smooth operation of the installed system.
- Provide preventive services for contract and warranty client in his territory area.
- Follow up and recover outstanding payments related to his services.
- Assist support executives to follow up of all due contract renewals in his territory.
- Provide good and satisfactory services to clients.

-Try to resolve maximum complaints on phone.
